End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

By using Quantx5.ai, accessing the web application, or utilizing any generated signals, rankings, or trade reports, you ("User") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Research Tool and Algorithmic Calculator (No Fiduciary Duty)
Quantx5.ai is a quantitative software and algorithmic research tool developed by Adam Atassi. All data, rankings, alerts, and model outputs are provided strictly for informational and simulation purposes. While the software includes a position-sizing calculator that outputs recommended share quantities based on a User's inputted capital, this is a purely mathematical function. It does not constitute personalized financial advice. The creator and administrators:
- Are not registered investment advisers (RIA), registered broker-dealers, financial planners, or tax professionals.
- Do not manage client funds or provide personalized financial recommendations.
- Do not assess individual financial fitness, liquidity, risk tolerance, or suitability.
2. Assumption of Risk
Investing in equities involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of principal. Backtested, simulated, or historical results (including all 2016–2026 studies) are hypothetical, do not represent actual live account execution, and do not guarantee future performance. You assume 100% responsibility for any trades, broker orders, order execution timing, tax liabilities, or capital drawdowns incurred in your personal accounts.
3. Limited, Non-Commercial Personal License
Access to the platform, daily checks, and trade signals is provided as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal courtesy. You agree to use the information solely for your own individual, private accounts. You may not:
- Resell, syndicate, sub-license, publish, broadcast, or charge third parties for access to signals, rankings, or strategy documentation.
- Forward daily emails, screenshots, or switch-day orders to outside forums, chat rooms, social media, or email distribution lists.
4. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Scraping, and Misuse
All algorithms, quantitative filters (including Slow Healer, Z8_2, and Measure 6), code architectures, data feeds, and proprietary lists are protected trade secrets and intellectual property. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or reconstruct any source code, calculations, or programmatic workflows.
- Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, bots, or data-harvesting tools against the application or its underlying data providers.
- Replicate the proprietary methodology under another name or commercial venture.
5. Third-Party Halal Compliance Data
Any Islamic or Halal compliance designations shown within the platform are sourced from third-party religious screening providers. Quantx5.ai is a quantitative mathematical engine; it does not independently audit corporate balance sheets for Sharia compliance and makes no legal or religious guarantees regarding the accuracy of these third-party ratings.
6. Privacy and Local Data Storage
Quantx5.ai is designed with privacy in mind and operates without centralized user accounts. Your portfolio sizes, custom capital inputs, and position trackers are saved in your own web browser and, under your private personal code, on the Quantx5.ai server so you can open them on other devices. The administrator does not sell or share this data, uses it only to show your plan back to you, and deletes it on request. Anyone who has your personal code can see your saved list, so keep it private. If you choose to receive daily notifications, Quantx5.ai stores only the notification address or email address you provide, uses it solely to send those notifications, and deletes it when you unsubscribe.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator and Quantx5.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses resulting from the use of this tool. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Termination of Access
The administrator reserves the right to terminate access, revoke privileges, or block IP addresses at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these terms, sharing protected materials, or non-compliance.
User Acknowledgment: I agree that all information, software outputs, and trade signals provided by Quantx5.ai are for my personal, non-commercial use only. I understand that position-sizing math does not constitute personalized financial advice, and I assume full responsibility for my own trading risk.
